Thank you so much for last night – you and your team were lovely, and we so appreciate your hard work! We realise it was a bit of an unusual event, and we made a lot of asks of you with ethics statements, discussion contribution, last-minute risk assessments, etc. You were an absolute pleasure to collaborate with, and I’m already looking forward to having you back for our End-of-Year Awards (I say even as I actively eat delicious leftovers). 

The food went over incredibly well, and really fit in with the event theme. Compliments abounded from our attendees, with several community partner guests particularly impressed. We also had students with allergies and dietary restrictions say “this is the most inclusive buffet I have ever been served and able to eat”. Another of our student speakers who is a rather avid meat eater had complained to me for weeks about our menu – and then was blown away and begged for leftovers. So thank you for making that possible!

I attended the wedding of Grace and Alex at the weekend and was extremely impressed by the food you served. I’m not vegetarian but would wholeheartedly consider asking you to cater at any function I plan in the future so will be keeping your details. There were some dishes that I’m desperate to recreate at home – I am pregnant and anything great I eat at the moment I immediately want to start eating daily!! The sandwiches in the lunch hampers and those ‘non sausage rolls’. Also the dips served with the evening food. If you are able to help at all I would be massively grateful. 

I have not ever felt that great after wedding food – it was really tasty and felt lovely and healthy.
