'The food at Tilton House is surely deserved of a Michelin Star! I cannot describe the taste sensation that was fully vegan in its ingredients. Now, I may occasionally go for the veggie option in a restaurant but as a fully functioning carnivore, vegan food would never cross my mind. Think again! If I could take the Tilton House chef home with me, I would - this food was exquisite! Our first meal came entirely from the garden and throughtout the weekend we were treated to the delights of soups and flat breads, garden burgers and cakes galore, plus the most incredible chocolate brownies I have ever eaten and yes, they were vegan too!'
